Non-continental U.S. (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, & U.S. Territories):
Multiply "Order Total" x .15

Orders of $3,000 and over:
Shipping is FREE in the continental U.S.!
Orders of $3,000 and over to Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories:
Shipping is 8% of "Order Total."
Orders of $3,000 and over to Alaska & Hawaii:
Shipping is 10% of "Order Total."

National Registry Subscriptions (NR-CPR)
New subscriptions (NR-CPR1, NR-CPR3)
When purchased alone: $10.50, regardless of quantity ordered.
When included in purchase with other AHA products, standard rates apply (see above).
Renewal subscriptions (RR-CPR1, RR-CPR3)
When purchased alone: $5.25 handling fee, regardless of quantity ordered. Use item 904904 for handling charge.
When included in purchase with other AHA products, standard rates apply (see above).
Canadian and International Orders
For all order totals: Actual shipping, plus $10.50 handling fee and:
- on Canadian orders: An additional 7% on the product revenue to cover Canadian GST if orders are shipped via any carrier other than the USPS. On USPS shipments, the customer is responsible for paying the GST.
- on International orders: Customers are responsible for paying any government taxes levied in their own country. Terms: All orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. MasterCard, VISA, and American Express accepted.
